~*~ My Heart Knows Me Better Than I Know Myself, So I’m Gonna Let It Do All The Talkin’ ~*~
Okay, so the panic went after about an hour… About the same time that I got on the bus amazingly. It’s surprising what the feeling that you’re gonna lose both kneecaps at any sudden braking will do to you…
The plans for my dad’s BBQ this Saturday seem to be coming together quite well. Before anyone asks, this is an almost annual event to celebrate my stepmum’s birthday and my dad and stepmum’s wedding anniversary (there’s only three days between the two), and not something I can invite people to, because it’s their party. The guest list is getting somewhat impressive for one of our parties, the only real disappointment being that my big sis won’t be there due to something she booked ages ago. However, Steve will be doing his disco thing till 11 while everyone’s getting drunk, so it’ll be like every other family party really. We’ve even got my Grandma coming!
It seems that milk is gonna have to constitute breakfast today, and probably tomorrow too. The only other real options are toast and microwave porridge. Are you kidding me? Have you felt how hot it is out there?!? The only cereal in the house is stupidly sickly, and quite possibly only meant for my parents, so I’m seriously considering buying some other cereal of my own.
After I’ve had a shower, obviously.
And finally *YAY!* for the Church of England for allowing women to be bishops! Apparently the people who are CoE but are against this move are planning on going Catholic. Talk about being picky…
Oh, and seeing as every radio station seems to be having this as "breaking news", 5 houses in West Yorkshire have been/are being raided. I bet you Barnsley lot are feeling a lot safer than us Huddersfieldians are.
